Financial Return on investment, return on assets employed, economic value added, profitability, revenue
Supplier Cost, quality, delivery performance, kaizen activity
Customer Satisfaction, acquisition, retention, market share
Internal process Cost, quality, response time, productivity, inventory days
People Employee satisfaction, employee turnover
Learning and Innovation. New product introductions, improvements, suggestions.
